L’Essence de Courvoisier Precious and unique, L’Essence de Courvoisier is the most original cognac of its generation. An exquisite blend with ‘eaux de vie’ from the two most exclusive crus in the Cognac region; Grande Champagne and Borderies. At the heart of the blend are spirits from the first part of the 20th century, to provide great depth, maturity and fantastic length. This is then blended with ‘eaux de vie’ from the 1970s and 80s that mark important innovations in Courvoisier’s history.
