Description

The Silent Pool distillery is located in the Surrey Hills in south-east England. Its eponymous gin is made from the spring water of the nearby Silent Pool Lake. The gin’s extraordinary flavour comes from the 24 selected botanicals. The most important botanicals include exotic fruits and spices such as kaffir lime, chamomile, honey and lavender. Of course, juniper is also one of the botanicals. Its fruity notes of lemon and pepper, as well as the mild character of aniseed and camomile, set accents that have not yet been achieved by other gins of this type.
